Mr. Wasabi in Duisburg

Just ordered sushi from Lieferando there. Punctual delivery and super delicious and fresh sushi.

Waited almost 2 hours for the delivery, then the food didn't arrive cold either. Just not to advise against. Quality = underground

Mr. Wasabi has the most delicious sushi. Order there often and it always comes earlier than expected. I am very pleased.

The starter soup (Tom Kha Gung) contains 3 counted prawns with intestinal contents and a very lean "vegetable insert" = 1 piece of paprika and 1 piece of campignon with usually 1 carrot slice and a lot of coconut milk. Much too expensive for the price-performance ratio. Taste: Good (can't go much wrong). The gyoza tasted terrible, however, from the dough, resulting in a taste of "burnt". I strongly suspect that the oil was not changed or that the oil was much too old. everything has already been fried in it ... Unfortunately, I'm no longer a fan of the Thai curries there. Initially good, but now the dishes are far too heavily "sugar-coated" and the words "curry - slightly spicy" tend to become "curry - extremely sweetened". Please maybe add less sweetness / sugar ... then it will taste better and not like pure honey soup with meat and vegetables.

We really like to eat sushi and have ordered several times from Mr. Wasabi. Every 2nd order either something is missing or the delivery time is 30-60 minutes later. If you order sushi for 35 or 60 EUR, you can expect ginger and wasabi to be included for free. Every delivery shows cracked Maki rolls! The absolute highlight, however, was when the soup ran into the sushi with an order of 60 euros! This is the very first review we have ever written, but I want to let all sushi friends know!

Delicious food, we'll be happy to order again! The price is at the upper limit, so nothing for every day.

Outrageous, rip off! After an hour and a half (one was indicated) I called to ask where my order was going, I was shamelessly fobbed off on the phone with a "driver will be there". When I asked when, they just hung up. When the food wasn't there after another 10 minutes, I called again and was put off again. I then canceled my order over the phone. The statement was that I would get the money back (which I had already paid via PayPal) via Lieferando. I'm waiting for that until today! No delivery + money still bagged = rip off!

Food is actually always good, but the delivery time is bad. (Unfortunately, there is no other way of expressing it.) 80 minutes were specified, the meal is still not there 3 hours later. After 2 hours I called them and said the driver was on his way. Now called again, it says the driver has just left. I have now been told he will be there in 15 minutes. I'm curious ... I will update my comment again if it gets worse (if that's still possible).

This was our first order and it won't be the last. We were pleasantly surprised. We enjoyed it extremely well!

Best delivery service in Hochfeld. Most of the time very quickly. At peak times, as with any delivery service, there are sometimes longer waiting times. The quality has remained consistently good over the years.

Super tasty and very friendly. I can highly recommend the duck on vegetables and rice with a spicy curry sauce.

Ordered at 7pm and the driver came just after 10pm !!!! Catastrophe !! Waited over 3 hours. Not recommended 👎

Ordered by Lieferando today for lunch. The food was due to be delivered at 12:15 pm and was there at 12:30 pm. So okay ... The prices are a bit higher in my opinion. 18 sushi maki and three chicken skewers for 15 euros. The chicken skewers were very small and cold. The meat was not through in two places. - 1 star deduction for the chicken. The sushi was tasty and fresh. No objection.

The food was delicious, the sauce with the duck and the rice was really great. The sushi wasn't bad either. The delivery time of just under 2 hours is unfortunately a bit inappropriate, but everything was hot and well prepared. Minimum order value of € 24 is fine.

Ordered by Lieferando in 2019, forgot several things. Then called and a voucher by post was guaranteed, which has never arrived to this day. Later ordered again due to the lack of an alternative with the reference to the incorrect order at the time and the voucher (stating the old order number, etc.) was skilfully ignored. Long / unreliable delivery times

We have just put our order together at great expense. Unfortunately we saw too late that the minimum order value is 55 euros. Our order value for 2 people was 42.50 + 1.50 euros delivery costs. Since we no longer needed it, we have now discarded the order. A minimum order value in the amount is really outrageous and unacceptable for a distance of approx. 8 km.

Super clean. The sushi is the first thing I've ever eaten. The fried rice and the duck ...... so delicious. The sauces for the sushi are simply awesome. I love it and it is good quality.

I can't say anything about the food yet ... but we've been waiting for underpaid food for 3 hours now. Unfortunately I don't reach anyone in the shop to check the status. So if you are hungry you shouldn't order from Mr. Wasabi.

There is super delicious sushi here and it is always difficult to find. The quality is great, but there was a price increase some time ago and since then I have found the prices very steep. The atmosphere is more like a snack, so in my opinion these prices are not appropriate, I would rather order anyway.

Cheap and good. Portions are good size.
